Conajra Solutions ("Conajra", "we", "us") operates an AI receptionist service used by client businesses ("clients") to handle phone calls and manage appointment bookings. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it is protected.

1. Information we collect

When a caller phones a client business using Conajra, we may collect:

• The caller's name and phone number
• Appointment details the caller provides (requested date/time, appointment type, and similar fields the client business requires, such as a returning patient's file number)
• A recording or transcript of the call, for service quality and dispute resolution

We do not collect this information from the general public — only from individuals who call a client business that uses Conajra.

2. Google Calendar access

With a client business's explicit authorization, Conajra connects to that business's Google Calendar to:

• Check free/busy availability
• Create, update, and delete appointment events on the client's calendar

We request only the access needed to perform these actions. We do not read, store, or share calendar data unrelated to appointment scheduling, and we do not access a client's calendar unless that client has connected it to our service.

Conajra's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How we use information

Collected information is used only to:

• Answer calls and route them appropriately
• Check availability and book, reschedule, or cancel appointments
• Provide the client business with a record of the appointment
• Improve the reliability and accuracy of our call-handling service

We do not sell caller or client data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Data sharing

Information is shared only with the client business the caller contacted (so they can honor the appointment) and with service providers we rely on to operate Conajra (for example, telephony and voice-AI infrastructure, and Google Calendar on the client's behalf). We do not share caller data with unrelated third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain call and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to support a client's own recordkeeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

6. Your choices

A client business may disconnect its Google Calendar from Conajra at any time, which revokes our access. A caller with questions about their own data should contact the business they called, or reach us directly below.
