Conajra Solutions ("Conajra", "we") provides an AI receptionist service that answers phone calls on behalf of client businesses ("clients") and manages appointment scheduling, including reading calendar availability and creating, updating, or canceling calendar events with a client's authorization.
A client is responsible for the accuracy of the business information, hours, and policies it configures Conajra with, and for authorizing Conajra's access to any calendar or system it connects.
Conajra may not be used to collect information beyond what is needed to handle a call and manage an appointment, or in a way that violates applicable law.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Clients should maintain a fallback way for callers to reach them.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conajra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
